  1. Go to the Guidelines page and press print. Press the back button to return to these instructions.
  2. Go to the Outline page and press print.  Press the back button to return to these instructions.
  3. Go to the Application page.  Fill out all of the information in the form and press the submit button at the bottom of the page.
  4. Press the print button when the completed application is loaded.
  5. Staple the three pages together in the following order:  Guidelines, Application, and Outline for Competitive Application
